More than 1,500 IHOP restaurants across the country are now offering free short stack of buttermilk pancakes for breakfast, lunch and dinner as part of the company's philanthropic Day pancakes.
Customers are encouraged to donate what they would have paid for the free pancakes, or more Children's Miracle Network hospitals or other charitable purposes.
IHOP hopes to raise $ 2.3 million nationally.
Ceres IHOP manager Jim Dismuke said $ 2,100,000 was raised during Pancake Day last year and 1.5 million wafers have disappeared, including 1,000 from the given location on Hatch Road, Ceres.
The gift of pancakes will be held from 7 to 10 hours Clock
