CLEVELAND - In celebration of National Pancake Day, IHOP restaurants are giving away national free short stacks of buttermilk pancakes popular in research grants and awareness for Children's Miracle Network hospitals d'augmenter.
All proceeds go to local hospitals Babies and Rainbow Children's Hospital go.
