I do not know for certain, but I'm sure Dr. Seuss is a gourmet. How could he have heard such a reservoir of understanding for what is arguably his greatest book "Green Eggs and Ham"? As we pause every Wednesday in honor of the anniversary of the late Dr. Seuss, think about it for a moment on the wonderful story of Sam, rhyme ham tries to convince every conceivable Knox and only make little bite of green eggs. You'll love it promises to Sam Knox And if it works then - well, you know the rest of the story.
First published in 1960, was a classic and remains one of the children's books best selling of all time.
I want to honor an investigation by the Los Angeles Times test kitchen archives for a recipe that Dr. Seuss. And although I could not find a recipe for Green Eggs and Ham (have you ever wondered what it's all green, I ask a kind of fear?) What I can offer your recipe of the day: scrambled eggs mushroom and ham (Jamon Revuelto setas y).
I bet Dr. Seuss try - and he would like.
