The father of the "Top Chef" Padma Lakshmi baby star of "fighting for custody of legal documents filed its TMZ.
Adam Dell - brother of the king's computer - documents filed in court today in Manhattan. In a rights agreement outside of court, Adam has to visit his daughter for 11 months, Thea Krishna Lakshmi, see 9 days per month.
The agreement, according to some sources, is in effect until February 20, while Krishna turns first Adam and Padma deposit account arrangement discussed by Krishna's birthday, but negotiations collapsed recently.
Sources tell us that Adam is trying to decide on the name for the baby Padma anger. We said two days after Krishna was born, Adam went to the hospital and began a tirade of four hours on the name.
Adam, who had an intermittent relationship with Padma was, he complained only allowed the 7 baby hours per month, according to some sources he is connected with Padma that she had never refused a day's visit.
Sources tell TMZ they are related to Padma feels "intimidated" by Adam and intends to handle the private sector for the benefit of the child. Padma said we made it clear to Adam, they do nothing with him that raising the child wants and how he believes Adam to force a relationship.
