Christina Aguilera Eutler Hollywood was arrested on suspicion of public drunkenness and her boyfriend, Matthew, West was arrested for suspicion of drunk driving early Tuesday morning, authorities said.
A very drunk Aguilera, 30, was taken into custody at 2:45 clock for the safety of their own and published at 7:30 o'clock, after fasting, Bill McSweeney said the deputy sheriff to again. The arrest record going at it, but no criminal charges against the singer are, sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore said trademark LA now.
"There is no court date, and there will be no prosecution," Whitmore  said.
After his girlfriend through a back door to avoid paparazzi are published, Rutler, 25, remains in detention. His bail is set at $ 30,000.
