Police said the plane was a 1969 BAC 167 Strikemaster jets, the Faraldi Nashville, Tennessee, who was Columbia County.
Faraldi was a podiatrist and surgeon, who loved flying, "said his friend, Dr. Marc task, an infectious disease specialist who works in Kingston, The Times Herald-Record.
"It was a care, compassionate doctor," said task. "He always had a smile on his face."
"Mike's idea, added mobile, always on a plane and just go."
Faraldi volunteers for Angel Flight, an organization that provides free air transportation for sick or injured requiring medical attention away.
Dr. Ken Newman, he said his best friend has seen a low flying over the Kingston-Ulster Airport 13.32 AND clock and climb vertically.
But the plane lost the engine thrust during a climb of 90 degrees vertically immediately after scanning, which causes the state police, the Jet sharp turn downward and plunge into the Hudson River.
Newman saw the whole thing. "This is not the case before me," Newman said, he thought. "This can not be true."
The police hopes to find the body of Faraldi Sunday morning to retrieve the plane sank, Delaware-based Dragon Air is one of the Hudson.

Captain PJ Regan, the State Police in Kingston, the aircraft was more vertical than horizontal when he was on the ice and through it at about 1.45 local clock and teams of divers to the scene.
Regan said Saturday: "We are in a race against darkness," adding that divers were battling against strong currents in the icy water.
